During four years at DGEX Solutions, a division of SNCF Réseau, I had the opportunity to work on critical and exciting topics.

Our mission was to design, develop, and deploy innovative expert systems to optimize the maintenance of the French railway network. The projects were part of the digital transformation of railway maintenance, emphasizing the use of data and advanced technologies to improve operational efficiency.

The systems created allowed field agents to effectively identify, prioritize, and track maintenance operations. These innovations enabled the collection and analysis of real-time data on the network's condition, the implementation of algorithms to prioritize maintenance actions, and the optimization of intervention planning.

Thanks to these technological advances, it was possible to significantly reduce train downtime and minimize the impact on daily operations. The economic impact of the project was significant, allowing SNCF Réseau to save several million euros by optimizing the use of network maintenance capabilities.

This work contributed to the modernization of SNCF Réseau's maintenance practices, and not only reduced costs but also helped improve the reliability and safety of the French railway network, demonstrating the profound impact that technological innovation can have in the field of critical infrastructure.

Analysis and Understanding: I started with an in-depth analysis of the existing POC to understand its functionalities, limitations, and strengths. This step was crucial to identify the necessary improvements and optimization opportunities.

Architecture and Scalability: I designed a technical architecture capable of supporting a significant increase in load. This includes performance optimization, the implementation of redundancy mechanisms, and the efficient management of resources to ensure maximum availability and reliability.

Development and Integration: I developed new features and integrated third-party solutions to enrich the platform. I ensured that each component was well integrated and worked harmoniously with the entire system.

Security and Compliance: Data security and compliance with regulations were at the heart of our concerns. We implemented robust security measures to protect user data and ensure compliance with current standards.
