Missions:

Customer Support: Provide level 1 and 2 technical assistance to users, handle requests and incidents via phone, email, or ticketing tools, diagnose hardware and software problems, assist clients until complete resolution.

Fleet Management: Monitor and update IT equipment inventory (workstations, printers, servers, peripherals), oversee equipment renewals and updates, manage software licenses and ensure installation compliance.

Administration: Administer user accounts (creation, deletion, rights management) in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc. environments. Manage backups, system updates, ensure proper functioning of servers and networks, apply IT security policies.

Site Deployment: Prepare and install IT infrastructure on client sites (workstations, printers, network, telephony), configure access and equipment, perform functional tests, assist the client during onboarding, and provide post-installation technical follow-up.

1. User support and assistance

Handling requests and incidents via phone, email, and ticketing tools.

Diagnosing and resolving hardware (PCs, printers) and software (operating systems, business applications) problems.

Advising and assisting users for better use of IT tools.

2. IT fleet management and maintenance

Inventory and updating of hardware and software fleet (PCs, printers, peripherals).

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations (Windows).

Management of IT equipment stocks (orders, renewals).

3. System and network administration

Creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts in Active Directory.

Management of access rights, network shares, and email (Exchange, Microsoft 365).

Participation in server monitoring and maintenance (updates, backups).
