I am responsible for servers and IT infrastructure. I manage Windows servers, Hyper-V virtualization, backups, security, and the proper functioning of systems. I also ensure maintenance, performance optimization, and technical support to guarantee the stability and continuity of IT services.

I worked in the field of IT and technical support. My role involved advising clients, preparing and installing IT equipment, performing fault diagnostics, and ensuring equipment maintenance. I also participated in order management, PC assembly, and technical follow-up to guarantee reliable and quality service.

Training, maintenance, installation, configuration, deployment of computer workstations and servers: Workstation security (antivirus, access, backup). Intervention for clients: deployment of numerous equipment on different sites (Cash registers, POS terminals, Switches, Routers, ....) Management and monitoring of an IT park with servers.
