As co-founder and CTO of Connativ (an AI document automation platform for architecture firms), I designed and developed the entire AI pipeline for reviewing and modifying complex technical documents (PDF/DOCX) using natural language instructions.

Architecture:Agents orchestrated with LangGraph that interpret user requests, analyze document structure, apply targeted modifications, and then regenerate a formatted document.

FastAPI backend, Claude (Anthropic) API integration, LangChain processing chains.

This project was ranked 2nd in the Stanford ASES France Challenge.

Technical project manager and developer for OPSEMIA, a multimodal semantic search engine for forensic data analysis, developed for the French Scientific Police.

Hybrid BGE-M3 + BLIP-2 architecture (text, image, video) deployed in an air-gapped environment (no internet access), with search latency below 100ms.

Results: 1st prize at Centrale Lyon's CLIC Week (400 participants), re-invited by the Scientific Police to finalize operational deployment, and featured in Technica Magazine:
