A graduate of ENSIACET in Chemical Engineering, working at Orano Projets first as a piping studies manager, then system architect and now project engineer, I manage all technical trades and ensure the liaison between the parties and contractually manage €10 million. I am also a BIM manager, helping with the development of applications and the implementation of software, and under micro-enterprise status, I put my skills at the service of companies in order to meet their technical and management needs.

Trained in change management and team management, I support my clients in their projects from the expression of the need to the complete deployment in the teams.

As part of my position as an engineer and my company, I have been able to work with various groups in France and Belgium (Orano (Areva), EDF) and numerous companies (Rousseau, Elior, Cristal Clear Partners, GEA PROCESS ENGINEERING, FICAP, SOLAE,…).

Operating method for exchanges.

In order to optimize our exchanges and the various deliveries, it must be defined from the beginning of the case who is the beta tester. He will also be the future administrator if possible.

A meeting before the start of the code will present in detail the different interfaces and the different actions to be performed. The client will be able to set his different wishes regarding search criteria, layout of icons / buttons, labels etc.

There will be several shipments to test the different functions and the different displays.

For each function to be validated, the beta tester must validate its design and functionality in a real situation.

This staggering of deliveries is based on Agile-type project techniques, functioning by “sprint”, the development is structured differently but allows us to get as close as possible to the client's expectations while limiting development revisions.
