Hello and welcome to my profile,
★ What is the COMMON THREAD of my professional career for almost 20 years? Project management with a hint of organization and a lot of facilitation!
★ What are my CURRENT CREATIONS?
Making my experience in project mode available and drawing on collective intelligence in tailor-made workshops! These workshops have in common that they respond to more or less complex (but all real) problems, such as the definition of a new product, the reorganization of a service or the achievement of ambitious objectives (with OKRs for example).
For this I have:
- an ultra-powerful machine: Human Centered Design, i.e. design or innovation centered on humans;
- a toolbox that is enriched over time: the Business Model Canvas, Customer Discovery, pre-prototyping and the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method in particular.
And as human and collective intelligence go wonderfully together, I also use these skills within the Flow Francophone association: imagine LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® certified facilitators gathered around Lego bricks... Opinions, criticisms, challenges, ideas, commitment, mutual aid, benevolence, partnerships…A way to go further in your practice, simply!
