Since 2015, I have been running my coaching practice and training organization, supporting executives, managers, and teams in their professional transformation. Passionate about communication and human relations, my goal is to realign teams around a clear vision and common values that are meaningful for the entire collective.

I design tailor-made programs, co-constructed with the company to identify needs, resolve issues, and share a common vision of objectives. I thus support organizational transitions, change, and the development of individuals and teams through coaching, training, and facilitation.
