Restructuring and leading the departments of Organizational Development, Employer Branding, and Digital Employee Experience with a 9-person team. Responsibility for change management, communication, and organizational design in a comprehensive restructuring project with a €10 million savings target. Co-creation of a new corporate mission statement using a bottom-up approach. Driving digital transformation through standardization of the employee journey and promotion of digital participation for blue-collar employees. Project sponsor for a new Learning Management System. Conception and moderation of executive and team workshops.

Building and leading the Digital Employee Experience team with 5 employees. Project management for the global implementation of a communication and collaboration system (Lark) as a replacement for Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Intranet. Negotiation of data protection regulations (DPA & JCA) with an external law firm. Close cooperation with the general works council and successful negotiation of comprehensive works agreements.
