I easily take ownership of the subjects assigned to me, and I have a very human vision of my profession. My definition of management control is as follows:

- First, collect financial information and understand the needs and priorities of the CFO's department.

- Then, it's about understanding the information, the deviations between reality and the business plan. This part of the job is exciting because it's when we interact the most with operational staff, to precisely understand their business, the difficulties encountered, and the avenues for improvement to streamline communication between the field and financial management. The outcome of these exchanges allows for the optimization of existing processes and the most accurate possible adjustment of financial projections.

- Management control also involves ensuring the financial monitoring of the company through dashboards and reporting. Collecting activity reports, correcting accounting discrepancies, ensuring the entry of management accounting, participating in quarterly and annual closings. I enjoy creating tools to gain efficiency and streamline my work.

- The management controller must be versatile, implement ERP systems that facilitate everyone's tasks, create or improve their own work tools, interact with the entire team, stay informed of financial news, and provide real support for strategic decisions.
