For 10 years within an international industrial SME, I supported the company's transformation in direct collaboration with the management committee. To do this, I was able to experiment with various approaches: newsletters, posters, speeches, internal events, sports sponsorship, but also the creation of an onboarding program, the deployment of a new identity across all subsidiaries (+10 worldwide), the animation of a creativity room, the implementation of training and co-development...
