- Envia CuisinesBrand ManagerRETAIL (SMALL BUSINESS)October 2020 - April 2025 (4 years and 6 months)Toulouse, FranceI supported the managers of the Envia Cuisines Toulouse store in opening their point of sale, by intervening in their entire communication strategy and brand image development.My intervention began at a key stage: the launch of the store. In this context, it was essential to lay solid foundations in terms of visibility, positioning, and overall consistency. I worked closely with the team to structure their communication plan, ensuring alignment between their brand identity, their commercial objectives, and their target audience.I notably participated in the design and deployment of local campaigns, including advertising (including 4x3 formats), as well as press insertions, particularly in Marie Claire Maison. The objective was both to develop brand awareness in a region that did not know it and to generate traffic around the showroom opening.In parallel, I supported the development of their digital presence. This included the management and optimization of their website, with particular attention to the clarity of messages, editorial consistency, and the showcasing of their offer. I also took charge of content creation as well as the management and animation of their Facebook and Instagram profiles, in order to develop their visibility, engage their audience, and build a consistent brand image.Beyond operational actions, my approach consisted of creating a consistent brand ecosystem, where each touchpoint, from offline to digital, contributes to a harmonized customer experience and clear messaging.This mission allowed me to intervene at the intersection of retail, local development, and brand strategy, with a strong focus on launch, visibility, and customer engagement.
