I am a freelance architect and interior designer from Berlin with over 9 years of professional experience – specializing in planning stages 0–4 of HOAI, with a particular focus on design and building permit planning. As a member authorized to submit plans to the Berlin Chamber of Architects, I create complete building permit documents and submit them independently.

Building Permit & Approval Planning: Complete building permit documents for German building authorities, including all necessary drawings, calculations, and forms. Confident communication with building authorities until approval.

Design & Concept Planning (Stages 1–3): Design development from the initial concept to approval-ready planning. Residential, commercial, gastronomy, and interior design.

Change of Use: Complete processing of change of use applications, including planning law review and authority communication.

Visualizations & Presentations: High-quality 3D visualizations, material collages, and mood boards for client, investor, and authority meetings (ArchiCAD, Twinmotion, Cinema 4D).

My Background: Studied at Bauhaus University Weimar (M.Sc. Architecture), professional experience in London (Patalab Architects), Berlin (Kraus Fischnaller, Förster + Köstler Architekten), and Australia. Projects up to 14,400 m² GFA, including in cooperation with Ingenhoven Architects and Johnston Marklee Architects. Freelancing since 2018.

I work completely remotely – reliably, responsibly, and communicatively. Available for short-term individual projects or long-term planning partnerships.
