Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe is the European headquarters of the globally operating, listed Konica Minolta Inc., Japan. As such, it is the parent company of many European Konica Minolta sales and service companies that offer a wide range of business solutions in the areas of Professional Printing and IT Solutions in Europe and Africa. In addition, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH supports Konica Minolta group companies in Europe from the Business Lines Healthcare (Diagnostic Imaging Systems, Precision Medicine) and Industry (Sensing, Materials and Components, Imaging IoT Solutions) as a service and competence center. International customers include Lufthansa, BMW, DB Schenker, and Toyota Financial Services, among others.

Compliance and Sustainability (5 direct reports)

• Responsible for the continuous improvement of the Compliance Management System of Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe, including environmental compliance

• Planning, execution, and monitoring of Europe-wide projects and activities to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements within the framework of Compliance and Sustainability Management and Systems

• Central point of contact for the Corporate Compliance Team and the Corporate Sustainability Team of Konica Minolta Inc., Tokyo, the management of European subsidiaries, and the compliance and sustainability officers of the respective companies

• Coordination, training, and guidance of the Europe-wide compliance network

• Experience in contract law (purchasing, responsible sourcing, sales agents) and international commercial law, particularly antitrust and competition law, corruption prevention, money laundering prevention (AML), foreign trade law, and sanctions control

• Support of the whistleblower system of Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe and its subsidiaries

• Management of sustainability activities within the framework of the European ESG strategy, including circular economy, CO2 neutrality, product compliance, certificates, human rights, CSRD, LkSG, CSDDD
