Responsibility for all payment & POS hardware including accessories. Project management of product launches: from prototyping to mass production & launch. Close collaboration with CEO, Product, Finance, Marketing & Sales. Management of the supply chain: procurement, inventory, returns management. Contract & price negotiations including framework agreements. Tools: Salesforce, JTL, Zuora.

Management of projects in textiles, cosmetics, sporting goods, medical devices, Kickstarter products. End-to-end responsibility: factory scouting, samples, inspections, production & logistics. Optimization of global supply chains & introduction of numerous products in the EU & USA. Successful collaboration with international clients (SMEs & corporations).
