I support brands and agencies in the operational implementation of marketing and sales projects, from planning to management. I take over the complete coordination: coordination with stakeholders, as well as ongoing support of projects across multiple locations, currently for Sony PlayStation in a large store network throughout the DACH region.

My tasks:

Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, events and roadshows at the POS

Coordination of rollout tours for the placement of new campaign elements on sales areas

Processing of touch-ups and defects on sales areas

Management of logistics, suppliers and personnel

Ongoing project support, cost control and reporting
