My name is Alexander Schell.

I am a social scientist and trend researcher, a "customer whisperer" and marketing consultant, specialist journalist, and university lecturer.

As CEO, I manage the "European Institute for Applied Customer Management (eifk)" in Munich.

I currently teach, train, and consult primarily in the area of "Sustainable Marketing & Sustainable Communication". Because brands that are ecologically, socially, AND economically balanced, and therefore sustainable, are the future!

For over 20 years, I have been involved in corporate positioning, brand building, customer orientation, and storytelling marketing, working in the D.A.CH. + South Tyrol region.

I am a long-standing member of the renowned jury "Best of Content Marketing" of the Content Marketing Forum (CMF), Europe's largest industry association for content-driven communication, author of the specialist book “Undercover Marketing” (Ueberreuter Wirtschaftsverlag), and co-author of the guide for wine producers and wine merchants "Weinmarketing" (Verlag Gebrüder Kornmayer).
