Currently, as Operations Manager, I am responsible for the operational business of a large logistics organization in the night shift, managing over 200 employees. My focus is on efficient process control, productivity increase, and sustainable optimization of operational processes in a highly dynamic environment.

Through my many years of experience in leading large teams and managing time-critical logistics processes, I support companies in improving their operational structures, reducing costs, and sustainably increasing their performance.
