For the VHF shop, I took over the technical support of a US-based WooCommerce system without existing documentation. The entire project was handled in English with the New York-based team.

The shop was overloaded with almost 100 plugins, leading to significant performance issues. Through systematic analysis, I was able to reduce the number of plugins to 50 without losing important functionalities. Many extensions overlapped or were outdated.

Additionally, I developed custom AI tools for automated PO order processing. These tools significantly reduce manual work steps and shorten the processing time for recurring orders by over 60%. The AI integration minimizes error sources and sustainably optimizes business processes.

Another component was the successful server migration to a more modern, higher-performance infrastructure. The migration was carried out with minimal downtime and no data loss. The new server is configured more securely and designed for future viability.

The result is a significantly faster and more stable e-commerce shop with 40% reduced loading times and considerably increased system stability. The implemented AI tools are used daily by the team and have proven to be a valuable addition for process optimization.

Development of a scalable SaaS solution for the German-speaking automotive trade with complex requirements for vehicle data management, performance with large data volumes, and user-friendly operation. The system had to provide both JSON-LD structured data for SEO optimization and fast, interactive React components for user experience.
