• Architecture and consulting role in the cloud environment with a focus on modernizing existing system landscapes and building scalable platform architectures.

• Analysis of existing application and infrastructure architectures, and derivation of modernization, migration, and platform options.

• Conception of target cloud architectures, including network, security, and operating models.

• Development of migration strategies for existing applications and services into cloud-based environments.

• Definition of architectural principles and guardrails for cloud and platform solutions.

• Consulting for business and development teams on architectural decisions, and support for technical implementation.

• Setup and operation of a central CI/CD platform for unifying build, test, and deployment processes for multiple development teams.

• Introduction of standardized deployment pipelines and automation workflows to accelerate release cycles and improve deployment stability.

• Infrastructure automation and provisioning of cloud and platform resources with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.

• Establishment of reproducible infrastructure and deployment processes according to Infrastructure-as-Code principles.

• Support for development teams in onboarding to the CI/CD platform and introduction of automated build and release processes.
