Overall responsibility for the commercial functions of a production site with over 600 employees and more than EUR 500 million in annual revenue. Active involvement in the strategic and operational site development in close cooperation with plant management. Co-responsibility for P&L, including budget, forecast, and investment management. Leadership of the Controlling, Reporting, CapEx, and Accounting departments, as well as ensuring transparent and performance-oriented steering structures. Since 05/2024, also assumed the role of Deputy Plant Manager with co-responsibility for overall performance, organizational development, and site strategy.

Key Achievements:

Technical and disciplinary leadership of a three-person team in the areas of Controlling, Reporting, and Investments. Overall responsibility for the financial steering processes of the plant, including planning, monitoring, and prioritization of an annual investment budget of around EUR 10 million. Further development of robust management and cost accounting structures, as well as implementation of efficient, decision-oriented reporting standards to actively support operational and strategic plant management.

Key Achievements:

Management and coordination of an annual investment budget (CapEx) of around EUR 10 million, including conducting sound profitability analyses, business case valuations, and structured prioritization of technical modernization projects. Close, cross-departmental coordination with plant management, production, and engineering to ensure economically viable, strategically aligned investment decisions.
