• • Wrote reusable GitLab CI components and the deployment tooling that runs inside the pipeline, becoming the standard building blocks product teams use to build, test, and ship services to Kubernetes.

• • Built the migration tooling and libraries that drove Datadog adoption as the company-wide observability platform, lowering onboarding friction for product teams moving off the previous stack.

• • Migrated Facile.it's production infrastructure from private cloud to GCP — months of cross-team planning and dry runs culminating in a single ~24-hour live cutover, with services brought up on the new platform overnight.

• • Serve as escalation point for complex production troubleshooting across Kubernetes, networking, CI pipelines and observability — debugging issues that cross team boundaries and turning recurring failure modes into permanent platform fixes.

• • Lead the adoption of AI tools for software development across engineering: evaluate and roll out coding assistants and background agents, author internal playbooks and golden-path configurations, and run enablement that turns AI-assisted development from individual experimentation into a shared team practice.

• • Built Facile.it's initial Kubernetes-based platform, replacing dozens of standalone VMs with a Kubernetes + VM hybrid on private cloud and driving the company's early adoption of Kubernetes — the foundation production services would run on for years before the later move to GCP.

• • Designed and operated CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Helm, Kustomize) for dozens of services consumed by 100+ engineers, with standardised Docker images and automated quality gates.

• • Cut deployment and rollback lead time through infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) and reproducible environments.

• • Built monitoring and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana) that gave product teams real ownership of their own SLOs.

• • Delivered backend features across multiple high-traffic comparison products (mortgages, loans, energy) in PHP/Symfony, with API designs that survived later platform evolution.

• • Wrote thoroughly tested code (PHPUnit, ParaUnit) and championed code-review discipline, OOP paterns, and clean architecture across the team.
