1. Campaign Development & Bidding (Pre-Production)

Partner with Creative Directors and Art Directors during the pitching phase to assess the feasibility, scope, and estimated cost of video concepts.

- Translate creative briefs into actionable production plans, budgets, and timelines.

- Lead the triple-bidding process: source, evaluate, and negotiate competitive bids from external production houses, directors, and animation studios.

- Manage client and legal clearances, including music licensing, talent usage rights, and copyright compliance.

2. Production Management & Oversight

Oversee external production partners to ensure the agency's and client’s creative vision is executed flawlessly on set.

- Attend shoots (on-location or studio) as the agency's representative, managing client expectations and ensuring a smooth workflow.

- Monitor production budgets strictly, tracking all expenses, change orders, and contingency funds to avoid overages.

3. Post-Production & Delivery

Manage the post-production pipeline (offline/online editing, CGI, motion graphics, color grading, sound design) either internally or through specialized post-houses.

- Facilitate the internal and client review sessions, managing feedback efficiently under tight deadlines.

- Ensure all final assets meet technical specifications for broadcast (TV), digital, and social platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok) and are delivered on time.
