Aleksei Kolodnikov

My name is Aleksei Kolodnikov (Alex Kolo) - I am an ambitious young graphic designer and visual artist, passionate about art and design since childhood.

Over the past few years, I have built a solid foundation in visual communication and graphic design. I studied for two years at the Higher School of Economics (HSE) in Saint Petersburg, where I developed two major projects: the creation of vinyl record covers and a series of posters for a Richard Wagner opera production at the Mariinsky Theatre. I also studied graphic design for a year at Saint Petersburg State University, where I focused on drawing, painting, and composition.

I am currently completing my second year at the Faculty of Fine Arts at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. There, I continued to develop my skills in drawing, painting, modeling, and collaborative design projects, while exploring art history and art philosophy.

In parallel with my studies, I am actively involved in the creative scene: in February 2025, I completed an internship at the Centre Pompidou with the artist Shuck One. This summer, I also completed internships in graphic design and fashion photography in Paris. I have also participated in several fashion shoots for perfume brands such as OHTOP, Frédéric Malle, Naomi Goodsir, among others.

I am constantly looking for new challenges to develop my practice and push the boundaries of visual storytelling.
