At OceanCloud, I am currently developing an information portal for public administration as a self-employed entrepreneur.

The portal allows users structured access to official information and relies on a powerful search function based on Apache Solr. The search optimization ensures fast and relevant results, even with large amounts of data.

In parallel, an internal metadata catalog portal is being created on the same technical basis, serving as a secondary system for the structured management and description of data objects within the administration. The frontend is technically based on Java with the Google Web Toolkit (GWT), complemented by the Nalu framework for application architecture and Domino UI as a component library. The search is implemented using Apache Solr.

Through OceanCloud, I have developed a web application for data processing for public administration as a self-employed entrepreneur. The project was won through a public tender.

At its core, the application consists of a metadata system for the structured capture and description of factual data, as well as an integrated evidence system for managing and documenting administrative processes. The solution is tailored to the specific requirements of the public sector, where data accuracy, traceability, and access security are paramount.

Technically implemented with Angular and Angular Material in the frontend, and Java Spring Boot in the backend. Authentication and role-based access management are handled via Keycloak.

At Siemens, I worked as a Full Stack Developer and Tech Lead, developing scalable web applications for internal digitalization projects and providing technical leadership to teams.

In the frontend, I used Angular and TypeScript as my main stack, and in the backend, Java with Spring Boot and Python with FastAPI. Data storage was handled with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL depending on the requirements. I implemented authentication and user management with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT, focusing on secure, scalable architectures.

Test automation was an integral part of the development process: unit and integration tests with JUnit and Mockito on the backend, and end-to-end tests with Cypress and Pytest for frontend and API layers.

As a Tech Lead, I provided technical guidance to development teams, contributed to architectural design, and served as the primary point of contact for technical decisions within the team.
