With a solid practical foundation in the digital economy and many years of experience in operational management, I offer you active support for your projects. I am currently deepening my expertise as a trainee in e-commerce, which enables me to confidently support both strategic processes and technical implementation.

In the area of e-commerce, I support you in the operational management of online shops (especially Shopware 6) as well as in the use of marketing and analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Encharge, and Xovi. My project management experience is based on my work as a working student at Kern AG and my experience with ERP systems such as Plunet, V6, or Steinsoftware, which allows me to guarantee structured coordination of your processes. Additionally, I bring competencies in event operations. Through roles as operations manager and event manager, I am experienced in leading teams and successfully implementing projects. My profile is rounded off by knowledge in sales and organization, which I have demonstrated, among other things, in a role as a real estate agent's assistant.

I am characterized by a hands-on mentality and the ability to quickly familiarize myself with new software environments. Whether it's maintaining your digital channels, optimizing internal processes, or supporting daily operations – I stand for reliability and structure. Due to my multilingualism with German as my native language and knowledge of English, I am also ideally suited for international projects.
