I designed and developed a complete web platform from scratch for the internal management of a sports club. Player tryout registration system, evaluation of profiles by level and performance during training, and payment integration with Stripe. More than 300 players went through the system in a single season, centralizing all club operations in a single tool. Stack: PHP, Laravel, Vue 3, MySQL.

I developed real-time monitoring dashboards for critical industrial environments, specifically for mining operations. The system integrated data from multiple physical devices through specialized middleware (Python + WebSockets), anti-collision sensors for heavy machinery, an AI-powered anti-fatigue system to detect operator drowsiness, and ground vibration monitoring. All information converged in web interfaces developed with PHP and MySQL, allowing security teams to detect and react to incidents in real-time. Stack: PHP, MySQL, Python, WebSockets, REST API, IoT Middleware.

I joined as a full-stack developer for a time tracking and employee management SaaS application in its MVP phase, with basic entry/exit functionalities, task logging, and vacation management. Over time, I took on almost complete technical responsibility for the product: I led the complete refactoring of the legacy code, optimized critical SQL queries to ensure scalability, and designed an architecture prepared for growth. I developed new high-value features for client companies: sending internal communications, payroll management, and digital contracts. I managed production deployments and the complete software lifecycle with Docker and agile methodologies (Jira). Stack: Laravel, React, MySQL, Docker.
