Hello everyone!

I am a Procurement Executive with over 20 years of procurement experience in various industries (including Semiconductors, Retail, Railway/Aerospace, eCommerce).

For the last 9 years, I have been building and leading global procurement for Zalando SE.

My focus areas include building procurement organizations, defining and implementing procurement strategies, achieving cost savings, and cash optimization.

I am also passionate about building high-performing teams, implementing AI and technology in procurement, establishing shared service organizations, senior stakeholder management, and managing strategic supplier relationships.

Outside of my professional life, I am an active investor in ProcureTech startups and the founder of 502Ventures.

I also enjoy sharing my knowledge as a guest lecturer at universities, a keynote speaker at procurement events, and an author of professional articles.

I love challenges and am passionate about bringing procurement to the forefront. Why? Because I firmly believe that procurement is one of the biggest levers a company has – for both top-line and bottom-line results.
