• Conducting internal audits, risk analysis, non-conformity management, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.

• Implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and UNE 166002 standards in multi-site business contexts.

• Planning and conducting ISO internal audits, managing non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and Root Cause Analysis.

• Management of the management review, monitoring and reporting of KPIs, Risk Assessment, and definition of continuous improvement plans.

• Drafting, control, and updating of management system documentation (procedures, operational instructions, records), ensuring compliance with ISO requirements and traceability of documented information.

• Review, update, and adaptation of Safety and Health Plans (SHP) for public construction projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, integration with ISO 45001, and coordination with project stakeholders.

• Analysis of specific site risks, definition of prevention and protection measures, and verification of the application of occupational safety regulations in the construction sector.

• Design, planning, and delivery of training in Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety (QHSE), in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements, promoting a culture of compliance, risk awareness, and continuous improvement.

• Collaboration on innovation and sustainability projects in coordination with the Valencia Chamber of Commerce.

• Management and updating of safety records, training files, accident statistics, and preparation of reports for competent bodies, ensuring compliance with national legislation on health and safety at work.

• Operational collaboration in close contact with the Risk Prevention Manager, supporting activities for risk identification and assessment, implementation of preventive measures, and updating of mandatory documentation.

• Conducting incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis of accidents and near misses, with the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

• Verification of compliance and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and monitoring the effectiveness of prevention and protection measures.

• Design and delivery of training on occupational health and safety.

• Development and updating of prevention plans, safety operating procedures (SOPs), and emergency protocols.
