Since 2023, I have been working as a personal development coach for individuals, entrepreneurs, project leaders, and young professionals. This activity has allowed me to develop strong expertise in relational, commercial, and managerial fields, which I also leverage in my engineering missions.

My main activities:

Support for entrepreneurial mindset: mindset, stress management, organization

Business development: prospecting, closing, positioning strategy

Creation and management of an independent business (offers, visibility, client management)

Creation of comprehensive and interactive online training

Facilitator role in technical or complex environments

As part of an engineering mission for ECM, I joined the teams at Expliseat, an innovative company specializing in the design of ultra-light aircraft seats.

I participated in the design of a key component for a latest-generation aeronautical seat intended for a major national airline (confidential project). The main objective was to combine maximum weight reduction, ergonomics, and compliance with strict aeronautical standards.

My mission covered:

- 3D mechanical design using SolidWorks

- Multi-material integration (composites, light metals)

- Consideration of structural, assembly, and certification constraints

- Collaboration with design, calculation, and industrialization teams

This project is part of a strong innovation logic in the aviation sector, with major challenges in terms of energy performance and passenger comfort.

As part of my mission within the Turbomachinery division of Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse, I participated in high-tech projects related to onboard air conditioning systems for helicopters. My role focused on two main missions:

1. Design and integration of a compressor unit for a helicopter air conditioning system

Complete development of an axial compressor integrated into the air conditioning circuit

3D mechanical design, adaptation to severe space, mass, and reliability constraints in an aeronautical environment

Integration into a system assembly in collaboration with thermal, fluid, and aero teams

2. Research and development of a compressor with integrated reduction gear (gearbox)

Design of a gear reduction system integrated into the compressor, as part of an exploratory project

In-depth study of oil mist lubrication to ensure the reliability of high-speed gears

Tribological analysis, dimensioning, gear calculations, operating simulation

Close collaboration with lubrication specialists and Liebherr's R&T teams

🎯 As a gear engineering specialist, I was responsible for advanced mechanical studies, technological choices related to gears, and validation of their behavior under stress.
