Within the "Control and Steering" department of the B2B executive management of SFR, responsible for the deployment (installation, commissioning, after-sales service) of SFR's voice, data and fiber offers, I was in charge of guaranteeing the quality of services across all activities through the steering, control and monitoring of deployments carried out by an SFR service provider. Analyzing intervention results and billing data, modeling information to be included in the IS for efficient monitoring and KPI tracking, managing billing and tracking the service provider budget, coordinating planning and production teams, and network commissioning (MER) teams. I was able to improve the overall success rate and the service provider success rate, reduce net intervention times, reduce stock age, reduce frozen stock, and reduce after-sales service.
