YAMA Migration Project (EIT -> BOUYGUES)

Context: The YAMA project is part of the acquisition of the operator Euro-Information Télécom (EIT) by Bouygues. Its objective is the migration of all EIT customers (Mass Market, Brand License, and MVNO) to Bouygues' Information System and core network.

Results:

- 600,000 Mass Market customers, 1,000,000 Brand License customers, and 400,000 MVNO customers migrated to Bouygues' IS and Network

- 97% of migrations without physical SIM card changes for the end customer

Tasks:

- Cross-functional analysis and support for incidents

- Reporting anomalies on the technical system

- Exploitation tests of the migration orchestration technical system

- Management of corrective and evolutionary production deployments for migrations

- Implementation of dashboards for monitoring and supervising migrations (progress, pending migrations, corrective actions tracking)

- Processing scripts and recovery for blocked processes

- Automatic migration launch scripts

- Progress reports and highlights on migrations

Management of the command orchestrator for MVNO customers

Results:

- Stabilization of the technical system after its production deployment

- Implementation of technical and functional supervision of the activity

- 40% reduction in the number of incidents and 60% decrease in processing time.

Tasks:

- Processing incidents related to orders (Subscriptions, cancellations, number porting, top-ups, etc.)

- Analysis and coordination of cross-functional actions for incident resolution

- Reporting anomalies on the technical system

- Management of corrective and evolutionary production deployments

- Proactive monitoring of blocked number porting requests

- Facilitation of incident follow-up meetings

- Processing Mantis tickets for pending number porting with other mobile operators

Context: Within Société Générale African Business Services, my mission was to provide functional support for the banking IS applications in the area of remote banking.

Results:

- Incident management for 11 subsidiaries in sub-Saharan Africa

- Over 10 corrective/evolutionary production deployments

- 70% reduction in incidents within the scope

Tasks:

- Handling customer anomalies and service requests

- Incident management and corrective maintenance

- Application audits

- Production optimization and stabilization

- Validation of production deployment for version upgrades or new features

- Post-production deployment and monitoring, activity reporting

Context: As part of the migration of the payment processor from FIS to HPS for the Société Générale group in sub-Saharan Africa, new tripartite connectivities need to be established between the group's subsidiaries, the new payment processor, and the networks (VISA, Mastercard, GIM, UPI, AMEX, Dinners).

Results:

- Over 20 deployments carried out for 8 subsidiaries of the group in sub-Saharan Africa

- Scheme certifications for ATMs (NCR, Wincor) and POS terminals (contactless)

- Evolutionary production deployment for the 3DS WebService

- Over 100 test cases performed

Tasks:

- Planning, organization, and execution of migrations with the Networks (in English)

- Definition of parameters for establishing new connectivities between the group's subsidiaries and the networks

- Writing functional documents, procedures, and UAT test plans

- Operational management of certification tests
