Creation of an all-in-one web application to automate payroll and time of service control. This tool allows for the comparison of very large HR files in seconds to identify errors before salary payments. Highly secure, it operates 100% on the user's computer: no confidential data leaves the company.

💡 What I developed (Features & Technology):

PDF Reading and Automatic Extraction: The system can read PDF documents (like time of service summaries).

It analyzes the position of text and numbers to properly reconstruct a table, even if the source document is poorly structured.

Intelligent Comparison Engine:

The tool matches lines using a unique key (e.g., Name + Department). It instantly compares the current month with the previous month to detect any change.

Automatic Sorting by Department: Employees are immediately classified into the correct category based on specific codes.

Visual Alerts & History: A clear color code is displayed (Green = New, Orange = Modified, Red = Departure).

Custom Excel Export: With one click, the user downloads a clean, well-formatted Excel file (.xlsx or .xls) with separate tabs and ready-made calculation formulas for totals.

Development of a Single Page Application (SPA) for the analysis and management of monthly Full-Time Equivalents (FTE). This tool automates the calculation of actual HR workload, historizes data locally, and distributes results by department, offering a macro and micro view of the payroll without any servers (100% GDPR compliant).

🛠️ Technical Achievements & Algorithms:

Dynamic FTE Calculation Engine (Smart Prorata): Implementation of an algorithm that calculates the actual FTE for each employee pro-rata to their days of presence during the month. The script automatically handles the impact of mid-month entries (Entry) and departures (Leaving) on the FTE value.

Management of Multiple Full-Time Benchmarks: Integration of adaptive business logic based on employee status. The FTE calculation automatically adjusts whether the employee is a standard employee or a teacher (application of specific denominators: base 20h, 22h, etc., to determine the exact FTE volume).

Matching by Composite Key & Movement Detection: Identification of employees via a unique key. The tool instantly categorizes HR statuses: New, Departed, Modified, or Stable.

Local Historization & Persistence (Time-Tracking): Use of the localStorage API to save and accumulate results from previous months directly in the browser. This allows for locking in the data for a validated month and building a fluid history throughout the year.

Generation of Multi-Tab Excel Reports (JSZip): Custom export module in compressed OpenXML. It compiles a global .xlsx file structured into separate tabs per Department (PAS, Supervisors, Primary, Secondary), including native calculation formulas (SUM), cell merging, and conditional RGB color coding.

Development of a Single Page Application (SPA) for HR audit and monthly payroll control. The objective is to automate the reconciliation of complex payroll files, instantly detect discrepancies, and generate targeted reports by department, without any sensitive data leaving the browser.

🛠️ Technical Achievements & Algorithms:

Data Matching Engine: Implementation of a matching algorithm based on a unique composite key (PERSONID_EXT + PSubarea). This approach ensures secure tracking of employees, even in cases of multiple contracts or multiple entries within the same month.

Chronological Filtering Business Logic (Smart Filtering):

Departure Alerts: Visual highlighting of contract end dates planned within the current month (Leaving This Month).

Automatic Department Segmentation: Dynamic distribution and classification of employees according to specific sub-domain code matrices.

Native Excel Export Engine "From Scratch": Writing a custom module utilizing JSZip to directly reconstruct the native XML structure of a compressed .xlsx workbook. This includes injecting calculation formulas (SUM), cell merging, and applying conditional color coding (Hex RGB) to map anomalies (Green = Stable, Amber = Modified, Red = Alert/Departure).

Responsive UI/UX: Modern control interface using CSS Grid/Flexbox with a real-time cross-filtering system (text search, HR statuses, categories) and instant DOM rendering.
