I am an industrial psychologist and a PhD candidate in Psychology, with over 25 years of experience accompanying executives, middle managers, and teams in development, leadership, and influence processes. Throughout my career, I have integrated three pillars that constitute my value proposition today: experience in HR consulting, experiential learning applied to business, and academic research on white humor, persuasion, and management competencies. This combination allows me to create interventions that not only train but also transform how people communicate, lead, and make decisions.

As the founder of Human Profit Consulting, I have designed and delivered hundreds of training programs for organizations seeking to improve the effectiveness of their leaders, strengthen their teams, and foster more collaborative and productive cultures. My approach is based on equipping people with practical tools to influence ethically, communicate clearly, manage time intelligently, negotiate with greater confidence, and enhance their ability to connect with others. I firmly believe that talent development is a strategic driver and that learning should be useful, memorable, and applicable from day one.

In my role as COO at LenguajeNatural.AI, I participate in the design of AI solutions focused on emotional support and well-being development, integrating technology and psychology to offer innovative experiences that help us find our best selves.
