Project management. Analysis and definition of digital business strategies. Definition of strategies for acquisition, CRM, CRO, loyalty and growth. Definition of processes, governance and efficiency models. Clients: Havaianas, Securitas Direct, Banco de España, Enagás, Mapfre, Grupo Santalucía.

Leading the portfolio and keeping the overview of global and local initiatives for Web, Ecommerce and Digital Channel to secure a clear roadmap and a sharp delivery plan for synchronising all activities supporting the commercial calendar and 365 day vitality.

- Ensure the overview of all activitites needed to support the country commercial activities and digital communication.

- Contribute to the the unit action plan and content planning process from forecasting to the execution, in order to respond to co-worker, customer and business needs.

- Monitor and follow up KPI's to ensure the plans are being followed and take corrective actions.

- Support the Digital Channel Optmisation and Sales Managers in outlining the mid and short term business development plan, helping prioritisation as well as contributing to Commercial calendar creation with a multichannel approach.

- Collaborate with the full WEB & DIGITAL teams to create a realistic and realisable plan, align with the resource planning from internal competences but also from external agencies.
