-Key Account Management (KAM): consolidating strategic relationships and negotiating with key players in the renewable sector such as EPCs, engineering firms, and installers.

-Distribution Channel Development: designing and executing the strategic plan for opening and retaining new distributors in the central and northeastern areas of Spain, negotiating volume discounts and rebates, conducting training sessions at various warehouses, and accompanying sales representatives on technical visits.

-Tender Management: preparing, analyzing, and closing tenders, optimizing the commercial margin through cost analysis, process optimization, and competitive pricing.

-Key Account Management (KAM): after acquisition, managing daily operations, resolving incidents, and expanding contracted services.

-Purchasing and Procurement: collaborating with the purchasing department for supplier prospecting, negotiating transport and consumable rates, aiming to increase operational profitability.

-Comprehensive management of the paint and chemical warehouse.

-Monitoring and control of factory consumption, reporting weekly to Quality Assurance.

-Personnel management and training.

-Daily KPI monitoring.
