Throughout his career, he has authored ten books dedicated to food and drink photography and regularly contributes to prestigious Italian and international magazines, including Food & Wine, Cook_inc, La Repubblica, Gambero Rosso, Fortune, ItaliaSquisita, Coqtail, La Cucina Italiana among many others.His client list features prominent names such as Nobu, Maison Mumm, Kenwood, Trenitalia, Gin Engine, Meliá Hotels, Berberè, Drink Kong, Capri Palace, Emidio Pepe, Anantara Hotels, and Rum Diplomático.Alongside his professional practice, Alberto has shared his expertise with new generations of photographers, serving as a professor of food photography at IED (Istituto Europeo di Design) and now through private courses and collaborations with photography schools.Unsurprisingly, his second great passion is discovering and experiencing the world’s finest cuisines and dining rooms: a continuous dialogue between life and photography, between taste and light.Based in Rome, Italy.
