This environment offers the possibility of monitoring in real time information related to the services provided by ENGIE Cofely in terms of monitoring and results

Project:

 Definition of the Cofelydirect extranet roadmap (SHAREPOINT 2010)

 Deployment of the extranet on the various IS

 Creation of the mobile version of the extranet in responsive as well as the APP

 Deployment of the extranet internationally (forty countries)

Objectives:

 Implementation of reliable project monitoring indicators for management

 Writing flash reports for Top management

 More effectively support and monitor strategic projects

 Roadmap / project portfolio management

 Implementation of project methodology (AGILE SCRUM, KANBAN)

 Industrialization of deliverables and project processes

Main areas of the mission:

 Management of a portfolio of projects

 Monitoring of the budget, planning and remaining work

 Monitoring of alerts (Proposal of workaround scenarios)

 Coordination and monitoring of team progress (Business, MOA and MOE)

 Implementation of daily meetings (Dayly)

 Definition and prioritization of the backlog

 Definition of sprints

 Management of external service providers

 Organization of the project team

 Monitoring of functional specifications

 Organization of committees (COPIL, COPROJ)

 Monitoring of the overall consistency of the project in relation to the expressed needs

 Management of the document base under Sharepoint

 Production monitoring

 Management of TMA teams based in Amiens

 Management of the Project team (10 People)

 Management of levels 1 and 2 support

 Connection of the extranet to the various group applications (SalesForce, SAP, NUXEO, POWER BI…)

 Participation in the migration of servers to the Cloud (AWS)

Extranet for managing loan insurance.

Creditor helps its partners (banks, brokers, agents) in the marketing of credit insurance internationally and in France.

This application, developed in white label, allows, among other things, the management of memberships and claims for AXA's partners.

International extranet for financial organizations deployed in around ten countries (Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, etc.).
