Experiential intervention in commercial teams of an official CLARO Argentina agent, aimed at strengthening internal communication, commercial attitude, and leadership in high-demand contexts and sales objectives.

The work focused on aligning different operational and commercial areas (field sales, call center, and social media management), addressing inter-team communication, clarity of roles, individual responsibility, and consistency in customer messaging.

I designed and facilitated practical training sessions aimed at improving sales attitude, commitment to commercial objectives, and how employees handle objections, feedback, and difficult conversations within the team and with clients.

The intervention helped reduce overload in leaders and middle managers, improve coordination between areas, and reinforce a more conscious and professional approach to the sales process, positively impacting the work environment and the team's commercial performance.communication

I am part of a community of professionals, coaches, and mentors who provide comprehensive interventions in companies, startups, and growth-stage projects, focusing on organizing communication, strengthening leadership, scaling businesses, and achieving sustained results over time.

My role centers on the strategic support of professionals, leaders, executives, CEOs, and business owners, working on professional identity, internal and external communication, personal leadership, commercial attitude, and clearer, more human, and effective sales processes.

Within this context, we develop interventions, training experiences, and continuous support—both individual and group—aimed at improving decision-making, strategic business organization, and each person's responsibility within their role.

As part of these actions, I participated as a speaker and facilitator in the VIVE event, one of the experiences promoted by the community, through which numerous professionals and business owners managed to double and triple their sales, in addition to improving their focus, organization, and commercial commitment.

The community continues to support growth and transformation processes, integrating business results with a human and sustainable approach, and also promoting social impact actions through conscious experiences for the benefit of social organizations, such as NGOs dedicated to supporting families in complex medical situations.

The work is characterized by clear, applied, and results-oriented interventions, combining strategy, communication, leadership, and human development within business contexts.

I supported a provincial political organization in restructuring internal and external communication, aligning discourse tone, and strengthening team functioning.

I conducted communication and internal dynamics diagnostics, identifying disorganization in roles, messages, and decision-making circuits.

I intervened in defining internal communication guidelines, clarity of responsibilities, work agreements, and leadership style, fostering greater coherence between discourse, actions, and public positioning.

I worked on the tone and construction of external messages, improving communication consistency and reach to different audiences.

Process results: a more organized and aligned team, improved internal coordination, greater strategic clarity in communication, and strengthened leadership management in high public exposure contexts.
