About Alban

I support SMEs, mid-sized companies, and organizations with their digital products: websites, business tools, SaaS platforms. From the discovery phase to going live, with one obsession: that what is delivered truly serves the end-users and the teams who operate it daily.
My approach can be summed up in three words: frame, design, pilot.

Frame: gathering business and user needs, discovery workshops, priority arbitration, translation into a roadmap and specifications usable by a tech team.
Design: UX research, information architecture, user journeys, mockups, design system. I track friction points before they become costly to develop.
Pilot: facilitating agile/SCRUM routines, sprint framing, delivery monitoring, interface between stakeholders and dev teams. I have managed teams of up to 6 developers on MVPs delivered in 6 months.

What makes the difference: I come from web development, so I speak the developers' language and I know what's feasible, costly, or risky before putting it in a backlog. No specs disconnected from technical reality.

Among my references: Solinum / Soliguide (taxonomy redesign, -40% of returns), Monolithe / Istorio (museum MVP delivered in 6 months), CGCB Avocats, Europcar, associations and cooperatives in digital transformation.

I mainly work with organizations of 10 to 200 people, on Product Ownership, Product Design, or broader support roles when it's also necessary to get hands-on with coding.
