In close collaboration with the Industry CIO, I am assisting a small team from the SAFRAN AIRCRAFT ENGINES IT department to migrate their old Intranet to a new modern SharePoint communication site. I support them in defining the need, collecting, formalizing, implementing in Development and Production environments, Design, development & configuration of pages and functionalities, migration, acceptance and Production Launch.

In close collaboration with the Office 365 service manager, the Product Owner and the various teams responsible for internal communication of each company, my mission is to support the migration of all the different Intranets of the 23 Companies that make up Groupama.

The objective is to individually support each company to migrate its historical Intranet hosted most of the time either on WordPress or on Noheto, to the Office 365 platform and in particular to communication sites based on SharePoint; and by adding the POWELL SOFTWARE overlay, in order to best meet the needs of the business by benefiting from all the dynamic, interactive, inclusive and corporate functionalities offered by these 2 complementary technologies.  Mission: In collaboration with the Director of Transformation France and the Core Team, based in Switzerland: SPOC France of the Fileshares/NAS migration project to SharePoint Online for the 280 employees located in France, in accordance with the global DWP Program of SwissLife Asset Management.

• Study, Analysis, Preparation of sources (Servers, AD Groups, Clean up, Macros…)

• Participation in the definition of the governance plan in France on collaborative tools (Teams, OneDrive…)

• Definition of the SharePoint architecture, piloting of technical-functional tests

• Operational management and monitoring of the migration, Coordination with English-speaking integrators, Production Launch, Decongestion, Archiving

• Support for business change, Management of training content, Animation of sessions

• Support for the transition of IT support, Development of the IT service catalog

• Identification and Definition of Workflows to be optimized, Processes to be automated, Projects to be developed in the Short/Medium/Long term
