The Saur group is a French company specializing in water management services. It primarily operates in drinking water distribution, wastewater treatment, water network management, and environmental services.

I worked within SAUR as part of its digital, Data-Centric transformation with the implementation of a Data Platform.

The team consists of: Tech Leads, Architects, Devops, Data Engineers.

My responsibilities:

Project Activity (BUILD):

• Participate in entity projects within the data scope as a Product Owner

• Write features

• Assist the team in the realization and validation of user stories and acceptance testing phases

• Ensure the writing of EB (Enterprise Backlog)

• Participate in the validation of Detailed Functional Specifications (SFD) and acceptance testing phases

Maintenance Activity (RUN):

• Prioritization of the incident and service request backlog:

• Collaborate closely with local and offshore teams to understand

needs and priorities for incident management. (International context)

• Assess the severity and impact of incidents to define appropriate priorities.

• Maintain an incident backlog, ensuring complete visibility and updating relevant information.

• Verify the proper maintenance of documentation

• Monitor SLAs and KPIs

• Ensure follow-up of incidents and adherence to resolution deadlines

• Quickly identify obstacles and potential problems in incident management and propose solutions.

• Facilitate communication between local and offshore teams to ensure mutual understanding of priorities and issues.

La Poste group is a French public company historically focused on postal services, but which has diversified over the years. The group employs over 200,000 people and operates both in France and internationally.

I joined the Data Driven teams to add value to data migration and the implementation of the Data Lake. The teams were composed of Tech leads, Architects, DevOps, and Data Engineers.

My Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders (business and technical)

• Collect, analyze, and scope needs

• Write user stories, EPICs, detailed functional specifications, and prioritize

• Develop and manage the backlog on Jira

• Monitor delivery and organize demos and acceptance testing

• Develop RACI charts, plan deliverables, and define testing strategy

• Monitor and update documentation via Confluence

• Write project reference documentation

• Interface contracts

• Maintain project documentation (Confluence)

• Negotiate, validate, contract, and monitor

• Collaborate with international English-speaking clients

• Evaluate existing architectures on AWS

• Support application migration to Google Cloud Platform

• Data migration to a One Data Lake

• Adoption of new architectures by project teams

Results: Improvement of the customer notification platform, Launch of the mapping tool for the customer delivery journey, Implementation of the Mail Branch's One Data Lake.

Altran, now integrated into the Capgemini group under the name Capgemini Engineering, was a French company specializing in engineering and R&D services. It supported large companies in their technological projects, particularly in the automotive, aerospace, energy, and telecommunications sectors. Its expertise combined innovation, advanced technologies, and engineering consulting.

I joined the R&D unit to implement a Chatbot to assist with CV editing and recruitment. The team consisted of business experts, Tech leads, architects, and testers.

My responsibilities:

- Collect and understand business needs (HR Teams)

- Translate needs into technical terms

- Manage the project in agile mode

- Implement ChatBot Conversational Scenarios

- Monitor Conversational Scenario tests

- Report data (indicators) on a Dashboard: Power BI

- Data governance in SQL and POSTGRESQL databases

- Monitor developers

- Manage the Conversational Scenario scope.

Results: With the team, we launched the first version of the Chatbot.
