Remote Contracted to manage multiple digital projects for the group. Salesforce - Introduce Salesforce CRM and replace current emails systems, Pure 360 and Sendgrid, beginning with Insurfor and then rolling out for all brands. Pricing - Set up a pricing function including pricing team, implement new pricing tools (Earnix) and strategies to meet key partnership requirement and deliver business growth through existing partnerships and attract new businesses. Payment Gateway - introduce new Dynamic Descriptors into the payments system for 3rd Party clients. Improve Renewals - Improve how they handle renewals across all products including Aggregators, Direct channels and Call centre renewals

Initially employed on a 3 month contract to manage two sitecore projects (IFS and Liontrust) with issues, mainly under-scoped, late and to improve client relations. Re-Contracted for a further four months, to set up, start and plan a 15 month Project with twelve separate streams for Liontrust's Marketing Transformation Retainer to enhance the new Sitecore Site with additional features, CDP, Content Hub and two additional portals. Also plan the experience team tasks, Omnichannel Brand Marketing, Connected Experience, Digital Storytelling, Investor Nurturing and Brand Evolution.
