Responsible for leading the chicken packaging process in different presentations, controlling company inventory and costs, leading the work team with the objective of meeting delivery times, identifying process downtime, and analyzing improvement opportunities for maximum process development.

Supervision of work teams with an emphasis on increasing productivity and reducing associated problems, optimizing resources to meet company objectives. Additionally, preparing reports for management evidencing compliance with indicators, fostering team self-management, decision-making, and continuous process improvement.

Analyze, evaluate, lead, and control production processes, managing personnel and using necessary materials from the production program, identifying downtime, and evaluating production indicators through teamwork to achieve established objectives and ensure compliance with current regulations regarding product quality.
