Elazur is a company offering services covering the entire maintenance value chain, from consulting to the development of their own solution: ePlanner.

I was involved in the ePlanner project, an innovative solution for optimizing maintenance scheduling. I joined the project as Lead Angular/Java Developer to support Elazur in its realization.

As Lead Developer, I was responsible for:

• Participating in the development and maintenance of the application.

• Upskilling the team on Angular, RxJS, Java, Hibernate, and JPA.

• Supporting the client in the design and evolution of their needs.

• Participating in technical/UX design.

• Performing technical refactoring of critical features.

• Analyzing business requirements.

The TAD (Transport À la Demande - On-Demand Transport) project is an experiment aimed at managing the real-time use of autonomous shuttles in the Bois de Vincennes in Paris.

This project consists of 3 interacting applications:

• A web application for real-time supervision of the autonomous shuttle fleet.

• A tablet application for managing passenger boarding and alighting from the autonomous shuttle.

• A mobile application for selected users to book rides.

I was involved in the development of the web application and the backend of the solution.

The main features developed include:

• Configuration of shuttle fleet elements (vehicles, routes, stops) to adapt the solution to any location.

• Real-time display of the shuttle fleet status (movement, alerts, boarding/alighting status).

• Calculation of routes and estimation of travel times based on user location and shuttle progress.

• Development of an interface to simulate actions (boarding/alighting, alerts, adding shuttles) allowing the client to test different scenarios and not be blocked by real-time location data.

Hopen Ticket is the main tool of RATP Smart Systems. It is a complete ticketing system, from ticket distribution to validation and control. It is currently used by about twenty transport networks and covers several hundred transport lines.

This product is organized into several projects to provide specific developments for certain clients. I was involved in the common project, which is then used by the different implementations. During my involvement, I was responsible for the following tasks:

• Development and maintenance of the application.

• Improving the application's performance and maintainability through technical refactoring.

• Giving technical presentations (Clean code, RxJS).

• Upskilling the team on Angular and RxJS.
