Design engineering applied to structures for luxury furniture products, participating in the technical development of the product from design to manufacturing. Structural design of parts and assemblies, working with different materials and constructive solutions based on technical requirements, quality, and production viability. Generation of nesting programs for CNC, definition of geometries, thicknesses, and machining criteria, and monitoring of the manufacturing process. Development and assembly of prototypes, validating constructive solutions before production. Preparation of plans, technical sheets, and product documentation, as well as technical coordination with the upholstery area and support in budgeting and production management.

Design, prototype, and implement mechanical and mechatronic solutions, exploring advanced technologies to optimize functionality and manufacturability. I work with 3D printing, CNC machining, and automation, researching sustainable alternatives to improve processes and products. I develop and integrate technical solutions to solve manufacturing challenges, from analysis to the construction of industrial equipment. Additionally, I manage the supply chain and collaborate on continuous improvement, aligning each development with efficiency and innovation standards.

In my current role at Metrica6, I manage manufacturing projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring client requirements are met. I handle prototyping, equipment assembly, and quality testing to ensure products meet the highest standards. I possess extensive design skills and a deep understanding of industrial processes and adaptation to advanced manufacturing technologies. My work also includes researching and developing new solutions to optimize production efficiency and quality, always with a focus on meeting client needs.
