Management - CODIR Member. Recruitment and management of 23 engineers, annual technical roadmap, priority arbitration, budget management, and supplier relations (AWS, Sentry, Grafana). Reporting for the department and finances (stability/performance KPIs, velocity, investments, projections, amortizations).

Design and Development - 26 TypeScript microservices (Express/Fastify, Zod, TypeORM, Redis) covering the core business domain: JWT/2FA authentication, subscription management (Stripe, PayPal), video player with DRM and HLS/DASH streaming, catalog, profiles, comments, watchlists, notifications, and Salesforce CRM integration.

V2 Migration: Hexagonal architecture (ports/adapters) with TSyringe dependency injection, decoupled use cases, gateways, and controllers. Strangler fig pattern (Express → Fastify, coexistence in a single process) standardized for incremental and non-disruptive modernization.

Development of 3 internal NPM packages consumed by 26 services: Fastify app builder, error handling, structured logging, Sentry integration • TypeORM entities, migrations, repository factories, read/write replica connections, Redis helpers • translations.

Observability - Prometheus instrumentation (prom-client) in services, Sentry integration (error tracking, distributed tracing), automatic OpenAPI documentation generation via Zod, Grafana for K8s monitoring, CloudWatch alerting → Slack.

Asynchronous Orchestration - Development of background jobs (30+ Bull/BullMQ workers): scheduled notifications, Stripe synchronization, data cleanup, analytics. Event-driven (SQS between services).

Lead Developer / Backend - Carventura (used car sales platform between individuals). Technical leadership and delivery of core platform features, sync & utilities.

Product & Tech Leadership & Coordination: Technical referent for the dev team, sprint planning and tracking, cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Product Development - Carventura.com: user journeys (buying, selling, searching, vehicle valuation), partner co-branding, back-office (sales management, vehicle inspections, catalog).

Backend & APIs: features, overhauls, legacy migrations. Webhooks & external API integrations (Mangopay, MSA, Autobiz...). CRM automation (Odoo) + functional extensions, monitoring via metric reporting (ELK pipeline + Grafana).

Automation & Utilities: reliability of CRM opportunities (high volume context), automated export of product feeds to marketplaces, synchronization of Platform → CRM data.

Scoring: design and development from scratch of a lead scoring engine. Asynchronous processing of qualification & prioritization of sales opportunities enriched by data: transactional history, usage statistics, market trends, etc.

Weighting logic of criteria (engagement signals, purchase/sale history, estimated vehicle value...), generation of a score per opportunity transmitted to the CRM. Automated recalculations and continuous update of lead priorities.

Freelance design and development (solo / collaboration). Delivery of complete and operational applications.

Intervention across the entire project cycle: specification writing, quoting, architecture, development, production deployment, and support.

FindMyGuides (Guydeez.com):

Development of a platform for booking tourist experiences with local guides.

Customer features: search by destination, booking a guide by language, tour planning. Order tracking and instant messaging with the guide.

Backoffice: booking tracking and management, guide/client matching. Destination and content administration (CMS type), translation management.

V2 - major evolutions: advanced tour configuration (translations, options, pricing tiers), multiple booking and pricing models. Guide assignment and tour organization via smart agenda, status management, automated recruitment platform, financial reports.

FLOW:

Online ticketing SaaS solution for tourist sites (Weezevent type).

Architecture as a multi-instance SaaS service: one client account → deployment of a new dedicated ticketing instance.

Key features: ticketing creation and configuration, deployment on the instance. Advanced visual customization (CMS type).
