Complete follow-up of models, from the first prototype to production: creation of technical files, participation in fittings, refinement, and writing of comments. Coordination with stylists, product managers, and international suppliers. Research and validation of quality tests, control of specifications, approval of materials and accessories. Trips to Portugal for launch and in-progress production control. This project management in a creative, rigorous, and collaborative environment allowed me to develop a working method that I now apply to WordPress website development: attention to detail, autonomy, fluid communication, and mastery of technical tools.
