I come from IT support. Eight years troubleshooting workstations, managing fleets, administering M365 and Active Directory. My biggest project was a migration of 1,200 users at TotalEnergies. I've worked in SMEs, IT service companies, and on long-term assignments. I've seen pretty much every scenario.

Today, I still work in IT, but I've added a new string to my bow. I work daily with AI tools and have learned to identify what in a company's operations can be automated or accelerated thanks to them. Not just for show in a presentation, but to save time for the people doing the work.

My advantage is that I know the ground reality. I know what it's like to have a user blocked on a Monday morning, a misconfigured M365 tenant, or an onboarding process that only exists in one person's head. So when I propose a solution, it takes all of that into account.
