As a customer advisor at Teleperformance, I was in charge of the Sosh project. My duties consisted of explaining customer bills in detail, proposing offers available on the Sosh website to encourage their acquisition, and informing customers about the delivery of SIM cards or their Livebox. I also handled the reactivation of lines after payment of unpaid bills. While reassuring customers, I offered alternatives adapted to their situation, such as changing the direct debit date or payment method.
