M&A, Spin-Off, Transfer and reversibility of outsourcing trajectories with adaptation and/or transformation of organizations are areas that I master.

With a 360° view of the IT / DDSI, I have a real specialty in infrastructure management and a good understanding of the application and engineering side.

In my last mission (5 years +) I was able to do

- A business transfer (L1224-1) of the infrastructure and security part of the French subsidiary (Allianz France) to the group's service company (Allianz Tech) by managing the IT part, but also valuation, HR, Finance, purchasing and legal aspects

- Sponsorship and monitoring of the "Move to Cloud" program

- Implementation of FinOps and a CCOE

- Management of the RUN of Datacenters (€90 million annually) in transitional management, while internal recruitments were being made. Improvement of expenditure by more than 15%

- The reaction of 2 calls for tenders and the conduct of the RFP (One Cloud and one Mainframe), from the analysis, qualification and signing of one of the 2 files (Cloud)
